Language Requirements:
Hindi: Mandatory
English: Basic speaking and understanding required
Required Skills:
Strong persuasion and communication skills
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Good client handling and relationship-building skills
Confidence in outbound calling
Basic understanding of sales processes
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound (cold) calls to potential and existing customers using predefined scripts.
Introduce and explain financial products and services.
Address customer questions and provide accurate information.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Perform inside sales operations for loan products across India.
