About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives who will be responsible for selling educational courses over phone calls. This is an inside sales role that involves cold calling, lead engagement, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain available courses.

Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable course options.

Follow up with interested candidates and maintain strong conversion pipelines.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Maintain proper records of calls and sales in the CRM.

Provide accurate information about courses, pricing, and features to customers.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Ability to handle cold calling and follow-up calls professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in telesales/inside sales/edtech sales (optional).

Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
