We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers Explain products and services clearly and convincingly Generate leads and maintain follow-up with interested prospects Maintain customer records and update call details Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

Experience: 0-3 year (Freshers can also apply) Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Basic sales understanding and persuasive ability Ability to handle customer queries professionally Must be comfortable with target-based work Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
