About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Female Telecaller Executive

for our real estate company based in Artoni, Agra. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in handling customer calls, and the ability to generate leads and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for property inquiries. Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about ongoing projects. Convert leads into site visits and follow up regularly. Maintain a customer database and update call records daily. Coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups and scheduling site visits. Answer customer queries politely and professionally. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Female candidates only. Minimum

3 years of experience

as a Telecaller/Customer Care Executive (preferably in real estate). Strong communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM updates). Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks. Polite, confident, and professional on call.

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday
