Job Profile : Telesales executive

Requirements and skills:-

? Educational qualification - Any Graduate

? Industry background - BPOs / Mobile handset

? Relevant Work Experience needed - 2-5 Years

? Candidate experienced in BPO / call center outbound sales.

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

? Must be confident and have strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels

? Strong customer service & handling skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism

Responsibilities:-

? Receiving incoming calls of Clients i.e. Partners and end customers.

? Addressing and resolving Franchise Partners queries and concerns, in a professional and courteous manner.

? Cold calling and ensuring lead conversion.

? Cross selling and promoting franchisee and stock to partners.

? Making regular calls for feedback, engaging and enhancing the Franchise and company partnership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
