Job Description

Position Title: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound and outbound lead communications via dialer.
? Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
? Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and move them through the sales funnel.
? Maintain an updated and organized lead database using lead management tool.
? Achieve individual goals for calls made, appointments set, and leads qualified.
? Address Partner concerns, identify needs, and provide solution or raise feedback to respective departments.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate Work Experience: Proven working experience of 1+ working years in Telesales / Outbound BPO Sales profile.
Skills:
? Excellent communication, sales & negotiation skills.
? Customer service & goal orientation and ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
? Strength in problem solving and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
