Professionally handle inbound customer queries and follow up on leads
Build trust and maintain healthy communication with customers
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and follow-up notes in the CRM
Achieve basic performance expectations without hard targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
Prepare basic reports on daily calls, lead status, and feedback
