Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads/database.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and pitch the appropriate product/service.
Generate interest, schedule follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
Maintain a record of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Provide accurate information and handle customer queries professionally.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Skills & Requirements
Graduation mandatory
(in any stream).
Excellent communication skills
in English and Hindi.
Ability to convince and handle objections.
Freshers and experienced both are welcome.
Prior tele sales/telecalling/inside sales experience is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
