Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our healthcare sales team. You will be
responsible for reaching out to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote healthcare products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the marketing and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and customer
satisfaction.
Handle basic queries and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales, freshers also welcome.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
Interest or background in healthcare/nutrition is a plus.
