Roles And Responsibilities:-



Make outbound calls to prospective parents and leads to share information about school programs, admission process, and facilities Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals Handle inbound queries professionally and provide accurate information Maintain detailed records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM Achieve monthly admission / conversion targets Build rapport and provide excellent customer engagement to enhance conversion rate Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for walk-ins and closures

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of Telecalling/Telesales experience (preferably in education/admissions) Excellent communication & persuasion skills in Hindi & English Strong follow-up ability and goal-oriented mindset Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or Excel Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
