We are a fast-growing advertising and printing organization offering end-to-end solutions including digital printing, offset printing, branding materials, promotional items, and marketing collateral. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our client outreach and lead-generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's advertising and printing services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) regularly.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order updates and customer requirements.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0 to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers are welcome).
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic understanding of advertising/printing services (training will be provided).
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred)
