We are hiring energetic and confident Telesales Executives to join our team for the International Telecom Sales Process (UAE - Etisalat). The role involves outbound calling, promoting telecom services, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international customers (UAE region)
Promote and sell telecom products (postpaid, home wireless, E-Life, etc.)
Explain service benefits, handle objections, and close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM/Dialer
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients through quality service Requirements
Education:
Minimum 12th pass, Graduate preferred
Languages:
English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred)
Experience:
Freshers welcome; prior experience in telecom/BPO sales is an advantage
