Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:



Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

Identify potential clients (buyers and sellers) through various channels, including networking, marketing, and referrals.

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Property Listings and Marketing:

Prepare and market property listings, including writing descriptions, taking photos, and using online platforms.

Coordinate and oversee open houses and property showings.

Manage and maintain property listings, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

Negotiation and Transaction Management:

Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients.

Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.

Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Other Tasks:



Coordinate appraisals, inspections, and other necessary services.

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations.

Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Maintain professional conduct and adhere to ethical standards.
