Make outbound calls on provided data (startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs) to introduce Startup Mitr's services.
Explain social media marketing, digital branding and promotional solutions clearly and effectively.
Generate qualified leads and set up appointments with the reporting manager.
Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and ensure timely responses.
Keep records of calls, client interactions and feedback in the CRM or lead tracker.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the reporting manager to convert leads into clients.
Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Must have passed 12th/Intermediate
6 months-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales.
Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of calls made per day.
Number of qualified leads generated.
Appointment conversion rate.
