Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching Herbal Chakras range of Ayurvedic and Wellness products to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. Prior experience in the Ayurveda, wellness, or FMCG sector will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell Herbal Chakra products. Explain product features, benefits, and offers effectively to convert leads into sales. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads to ensure successful closure. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign support and promotions. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Experience: 0-2 years in telesales or sales; experience in Ayurveda, wellness, or FMCG sales preferred. Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi. Ability to work target-driven and maintain a high level of motivation. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
