We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or book an appointment/demo.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database.
Explain the company's products/services and answer customer queries.
Follow up on previous interactions to close sales or generate interest.
Maintain customer data accurately in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide satisfactory solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team and report to the sales manager on performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive phone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
Strong sales skills and the ability to achieve targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
