Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products/services. Explain product features, pricing, and offers in a clear and convincing manner. Maintain follow-ups with interested customers to ensure smooth conversions. Coordinate with the field/sales team to manage customer requirements and feedback. Update and manage customer records in CRM/database. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the team's performance goals. Provide inputs to improve the sales approach and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:



Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle calls confidently and maintain professionalism. Good knowledge of sales process and customer handling. Fluency in English
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
