Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing questions, providing updates, and managing complaints.

Coordination & Logistics:

Coordinate with sales, service, and stockyard teams to ensure timely vehicle preparation, delivery, and service appointments.

Appointment Management:

Schedule service appointments and coordinate delivery slots, keeping customers informed of timelines and delays.

Database Management:

Maintain and update customer records, including contact information and service history.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
