Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across sectors (IT, finance, retail, etc.)
Pitch products/services with clarity, confidence, and regional relevance
Follow up on leads generated via campaigns, CRM, or referrals
Maintain detailed call logs, feedback, and conversion metrics
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging
Handle objections professionally and close sales with integrity
Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and campaign goals
Ensure timely reporting and CRM updates
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in BPO or telemarketing roles
Proven track record in sales conversion and customer engagement
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)
Familiarity with CRM tools, call scripts, and campaign workflows
Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
Preferred Traits:
Self-motivated and proactive communicator
Comfortable with modular scripts and multilingual outreach
Experience in IT services, automation, or SaaS sales is a plus
Passion for building authentic Indian brands with action-driven messaging
