Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated
Tele sales Executive
to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The candidate should have excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads/customers.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Proven experience in tele sales /tele calling/customer service is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
