Tele Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Diligence Certification's services.
Handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer questions, and provide accurate information.
Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain updated customer records in the CRM system.
Build long-term professional relationships with clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to stay motivated and handle customer objections.
Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
