Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.
Explain Apace Technology's services, including
WhatsApp Marketing API, automation solutions, and other IT services
, to prospects.
Generate leads through
calls, emails, and social media platforms
.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
Follow up on leads and ensure smooth handover to Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Meet daily and weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide the required information.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1-3 years of telecalling/tele sales experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing.
Strong communication and convincing skills in
English and Hindi
(any regional language is a plus).
Basic understanding of
WhatsApp Marketing, Digital Marketing services, or IT solutions
.
Ability to handle rejections positively and work towards targets.
Proficiency in
MS Office and CRM tools
.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
