Job Summary:

Telecallers

for our offices located in

Ghaziabad and Gaur City

. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, strong communication skills, and a confident approach to handling customer interactions. You will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting our

real estate or manufacturing

sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases. Explain company products/services clearly and professionally. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain relationships. Maintain and update lead records using CRM or Excel sheets. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure lead closures.

Candidate Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in real estate or manufacturing). Fluency in

Hindi

and

English

is a must. Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools). Strong communication and convincing skills.
