Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling.
Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
