Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to sell products or services
Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about offerings
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customersSkills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
