Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information about products/services.
Convert qualified leads into appointments or sales opportunities.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Explain company offerings, plans, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for smooth lead handovers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tele Executive, Telecaller, or Customer Support Executive (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
