Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Client Communication: Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to customers. Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
Sales & Follow-Up: Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and relationship building.
Database Management: Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Requirements:
Female candidate only (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
