Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Tele-Sales Executive

who will be responsible for

calling potential clients, explaining services, and converting leads into customers

. The candidate must be a

graduate

with at least

2 years of experience in selling services

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Explain digital marketing services to clients. Convert leads into confirmed business through persuasive communication and negotiation. Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and client records in CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the business development and operations team for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in

tele-sales / inside sales / service sales

. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work under targets and pressure.
