Job Description

Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce properties and services.

Client Communication:

Conduct inbound calls, answer questions, and provide detailed information on properties and market trends.

Sales & Follow-Up:

Identify and qualify sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and work to close sales deals.

Database Management:

Maintain and update client and lead information in CRM systems.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for property viewings for field sales agents.

Sales Targets:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration:

Work with field sales agents and other departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and transactions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
