A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining offerings, and closing sales while achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Present and explain products/services to customers effectively.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM systems.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with phone and computer use.
May involve working to tight deadlines and sales targets.
