Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services. Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate offerings. Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM software. Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new business. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary. Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and terms.

Key Skills Required:



Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (as required). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
