to join our fast-growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. You will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, promoting our products, assisting with orders, and driving sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and offers
Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers with placing orders
Communicate product information, pricing, and delivery options
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
Follow up with interested customers to close sales and upsell where possible
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions in CRM
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or eCommerce sales is preferred
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and working in a target-driven environment
Good computer skills; experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus
High school diploma required; a degree in business or marketing is an advantage
