Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining good customer relationships, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Explain the company's products/services and their benefits to potential customers. Understand customer needs and offer the best solutions. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for execution.
Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.) Prior experience in telecalling or telesales (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
