Roles and Responsibilities:
? Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
? Comfortable in generating leads over the phone through cold calls.
? Generating need of financial products in prospects of personal loans.
? Responsible for collecting all required documents from the customer, verifying and validating the documents and KYC of the customer and overlook the entire journey till disbursement.
? Maintain courteous contact with existing clients over phone calls.
? Supporting in a range of financial products (Unsecured Loan/Personal Loans) over the calls.
? Becoming a SPOC since the filing of application till its disbursal.
? Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
? Ability to communicate effectively in English & Hindi language.
Desired Candidate Profile:
? 2 - 5 years of proven experience in handling team of inside sales/ telesales/ telemarketing.
? Should be Confident & Dynamic.
? Good Communication Skills.
? Good presentation skills.
? Quick understanding.
? Flexible and have "Can Do approach"
? Pro-active and ready to take initiative.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
