Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Primark Global's products and services.
? Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
? Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
? Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
? Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the database.
? Respond to inquiries and address client concerns professionally.
? Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and appointment setting.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or a related field.
? Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
