The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers. Address customer inquiries and complaints, and provide information about products and services.
Problem resolution:
resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Data Entry:
accurately input and update customer information in the database.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain quality standards by adhering to company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team targets.
Reporting:
Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
Qualifications:
Education:
high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any discipline is preferred.
Experience:
0-1 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language(s) required].
Technical skills:
proficiency in using computer systems.
Problem-Solving:
