We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and other departments.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
