Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
Explain products/services to customers clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams as required.
Requirements:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., Hindi, English].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
