Make outbound calls to prospective clients for real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with interested buyers
Explain property details such as plots, flats, duplexes, and pricing
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Team Lead
Maintain and update customer records
Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate telesales is mandatory
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Ability to convince and handle customer queries professionally
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management is a plus
Additional Preference:
Own two-wheeler/vehicle will be an added advantage
