to help manage both inbound and outbound calls, contributing to our customer service and sales efforts.
Job Summary:
As a Telecaller at Believable Vision Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in providing information about our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales opportunities. Your role will involve clear communication, strong product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls
: Answer customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Outbound Calls
: Reach out to potential clients to promote our services, follow up with leads, and conduct surveys if needed.
Lead Generation
: Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through calls and follow-ups.
Customer Support
: Assist with customer service issues and offer effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Sales Conversion
: Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and offering relevant solutions.
Database Management
: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge
: Stay updated on our services and offerings to accurately inform customers and prospects.
Reporting
: Provide regular updates on call outcomes, lead status, and sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in marketing or e-commerce.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a good command of [English/Other Languages].
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive sales.
Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software or a willingness to learn.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing services.
Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
