Responsibilities:
Handle outbound telesales calls professionally and courteously.
Achieve sales and conversion targets.
Identify customer needs and promote relevant telecom services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Requirements:
Strong communication, selling & negotiation skills.
Hindi & English fluency required.
Fresher or experienced candidates welcome.
Compensation:
23,000 (Freshers) + Weekly incentives ?4,000-?5,000
26,000 (Experienced) + Weekly incentives ?4,000-?5,000
Salary on 7th each month
Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (with pre/post 15 mins buffer)
Interview Rounds: 4 In-person rounds (HR, HR Head, Ops, Client )
