Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on product features and benefits. Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions to close sales. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present offerings. Keep records of calls and sales and update customer information in the database (CRM). Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
