Tele Sales Executive
to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining travel packages, and converting inquiries into sales. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy talking to people, have strong persuasive skills, and a passion for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about travel packages and services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively.
Provide detailed information on travel plans, destinations, pricing, and booking procedures.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and excellent service.
Maintain follow-up with customers and keep records of all interactions and sales.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip arrangements.
Requirements:
Graduate in Marketing or any relevant field.
0 to 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or related roles (freshers are welcome).
Excellent communication skills in
both Hindi and English
.
Positive attitude and willingness to accept challenges.
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about travel and sales.
