Job Role

We are looking for a

Telemarketing Executive

to handle customer calls, manage daily operations, and convert leads into active milk subscriptions for

AMG Fresh Milk

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

incoming & outgoing customer calls

Explain

milk variants, pricing, subscriptions, and delivery process

Convert enquiries into

confirmed sales & subscriptions

Coordinate with the

delivery & operations team

Maintain customer records and follow-ups Handle basic customer queries & issue resolution Support daily operational tasks related to orders and subscriptions

Requirements

Good

communication skills in Hindi

(local language preferred) Basic English understanding Sales-oriented mindset Comfortable with phone conversations and follow-ups Basic computer & WhatsApp handling skills Prior

telecalling / sales experience

is a plus (freshers can apply)
