Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.
Provide professional and friendly customer engagement.

Excellent English communication skills
(spoken & written).
Clear, confident, pleasant phone voice.
Minimum
2 years of telesales / telecalling experience
, ideally with international calling exposure.
Experience speaking with clients from
UK, USA, or other international markets
is highly preferred.
Strong persuasion skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools (advantage).
