Taiton Hardware Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our hardware products over the phone. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote hardware products

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details

Follow up with customers for repeat orders and feedback

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely order processing

Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally Requirements s Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)

Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service preferred

Good communication and persuasion skills

Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, or similar tools)

Target-oriented with a positive attitude

Skills Required

Language known Telugu, English and Hindi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
