Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Tele Sales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, and repeat business
Handle objections professionally and resolve customer concerns
Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to work with targets and under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B or B2C tele-sales
Knowledge of CRM software
Multilingual skills (if applicable)
