Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to
company-provided leads
(no cold data sourcing).
Qualify prospects and explain business / franchise opportunities.
Pitch offerings via phone and schedule
Google Meet presentations
.
Follow up consistently to drive conversions and closures.
Coordinate documentation and onboarding post-closure.
Maintain accurate lead details and call updates in CRM.
Submit daily/weekly call and sales reports.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in
telesales / inside sales / B2B sales
.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Excellent spoken English (additional languages a plus).
Confident, target-driven, and comfortable speaking with senior clients.
Basic computer skills (MS Office); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
