is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, upselling wellness services, converting leads into appointments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and promote Ode Spa Wellness services and packages.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into confirmed appointments.
Follow up on leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms.
2. Service Promotion
Clearly explain spa services, therapies, membership packages, offers, and wellness benefits.
Persuade clients to book appointments and upgrade to premium services or add-ons.
Share information about ongoing promotions and festive offers.
3. Appointment Management
Schedule and confirm appointments with therapists and outlets.
Coordinate with front desk teams to manage slot availability.
Ensure 100% accuracy in booking entries and daily schedules.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.
Build strong rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Respond promptly to customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
5. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain updated customer records in CRM / booking systems.
Track calls, conversions, missed opportunities, and follow-ups.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
6. Target Achievement
Achieve assigned monthly sales and appointment booking targets.
Work towards increasing outlet revenue through telemarketing efforts.
Contribute to cross-selling and upselling objectives.
7. Collaboration
Coordinate with outlet managers, front desk teams, and marketing department.
Support marketing campaigns with follow-up calls and customer engagement.
8. Quality & Performance
Adhere to call quality guidelines, scripts, and sales processes.
Maintain high standards of communication, courtesy, and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer data confidentiality.
