As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our
India-based sales team
and looking for an experienced and motivated
Telesales Executive (B2B)
to connect with UK customers, promote our product portfolio, and support our commercial team in driving growth.
Purpose of the Role:
The
Telesales Executive
will drive new and repeat business by engaging B2B customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting suitable products and offers.
This role requires a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement
Make outbound calls to existing and potential B2B customers (restaurants, cafes, retailers, wholesalers).
Promote and upsell OTR Direct's FMCG and frozen food product range.
Identify customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions or promotions.
Follow up on quotations, leads, and repeat orders to achieve monthly targets.
Pipeline & Performance Management
Maintain accurate and updated customer data in CRM (Zoho preferred).
Achieve weekly and monthly call, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
Track and report daily activity, pipeline status, and conversions.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Handle queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Gather customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
Who You Are:
3-5 years of proven experience in
B2B telesales / inside sales / client engagement
roles
Experience working with
UK or US clients
(strong advantage)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Confident in handling objections and closing deals over the phone
Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-disciplined
Proficient in
CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
and MS Office
Comfortable working with
UK business hours (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM GMT)
Graduate -
BBA preferred
